Room has attached bath and large walk in closet. I keep my house spotless so I have a cleanliness based roommate agreement. You’ll have access to the pool, clubhouse, gym, and the apartments screened in patio as well which I plan on making a tropical oasis. Wifi and cable included. This is at Luna at Lake Shadow. Hoping to find someone to stay a year, but am flexible on that. Would like someone quiet and respectful. I’m 29 and Christian. Would prefer someone similar.
