Move-in September 1 – 12-Month Lease We’re renting out a private upstairs bedroom in our 4 bed, 2.5 bath home starting September 1st. The room shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Rent is $1,100/month (utilities separate) with a 12-month lease. Security deposit is also $1,100. The home includes a shared living room, kitchen, dining area, backyard, in-home laundry, and shared parking. The house is currently shared with clean and respectful UCSD students and young working professionals in their 20s, so we’re hoping to find someone who’s also responsible, clean, and easy to live with. Note: The room is still occupied, so it may look lived in in the photos, but it will be completely cleaned out before move-in. No pets! Your name will be added to the lease.
