🚨 3-6 Month Sublet in Princess Hill 🚨 Looking for someone to sublet a room in a 3-person share-house in Princess Hill! Move in is ASAP to the end of September, but we are flexible and can extend the sublet if you require a longer stay! 📍Location: - Opposite Princess Park with plenty on free on street parking - 5 min walk to Lygon for the 1 and 6 tram - 10 min walk from Barkley Square and 96 Tram - 5 min walk from the Great Northern, Geralds bar and heaps of great pubs and cafes 🏡 About the house: - You’ll be living with James & I: o James (23) is a part time Uni student and works in construction management. James loves all things fitness, very enthusiastic runner and loves his music as well. o I am (24) a full time analyst at a yogurt company (free yogurt!). I like to play the guitar, music enjoyer of all genres, and big Geelong Cats fan. - LGBT+ and smoke friendly household. - Plenty of on street free parking. We also have a garage that fits a car, but we tend to just park on the street for convenience! 🛌 About the Room: - Cozy room with plenty of natural light that fits a queen bed and desk (3.6m x 2.5m). - The bedframe has a gas lift for extra storage, but might struggle for exorbitant wardrobe repertoires - Comes furnished but feel free to message if you’d like to bring your own things - Room is $1130 a month, split bills and Wifi evenly with 2 other housemates 🫵 About You: We are really looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. The house is overall a little bit on the quieter side, James and I are pretty busy during the week - but we love to have a post-work yarn on the couch / go for drinks.
