lease takeover for females!

hi! i am looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 4 bed 2 bath townhome. There are three other girls living in the house. It has a big living room and kitchen, each bedroom has an ac and heater and a large closet! The place has a lot of storage as well as a front patio and a back patio. Rent is 861 a month plus utilities (usually no more than 40-50 a month maximum) and i have a parking spot that is an extra 45 a month if you would want it! You can also get a street parking permit for 100$ a term. It is located at steelhead townhomes owned by PTLA properties on 14th and ferry. The place has a lot of natural light and my room has a pretty view of trees and nature. I am looking for someone to take over my lease in august or september.
