Hi! I’m Kelly (53), a full-time fine artist/graphic designer who loves art, travel, the outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family. I’m looking for a roommate to share a beautiful colonial home in historic Irvington. I have a small, adorable, non-shedding dog and a part-time cat (no pets please). My home is filled with art and is always kept tidy. I’m looking for a respectful, clean roommate who communicates well and treats the home as a peaceful place to recharge. Your private space is on the lower level and includes a large unfurnished room (furniture in photo is for staging purposes only) with a fireplace, a private bath, a laundry room, and your own entrance. The kitchen is shared on the main floor, and there’s a very large backyard with a seating area and a fireplace, partially shaded by large trees.
