The sunny room has two windows overlooking the backyard and includes wood floors, an area rug, a mirrored dresser, a small desk, a chair, a stereo, and private closet space; the renter will need to provide their own bed. The shared bathroom is next to the room, and the renter will also have full kitchen access and on- laundry. The home is within walking distance of two bus stops, shopping centers, a gym, and the new Fairfax Rec Center, with street parking available.
