I’m currently in search of a roommate, who can resign my lease with me by 9/1, but ideally you could move in earlier! Small and cozy 2 bed 1 bath apartment, it has a small balcony, off of North Harrison St. 1/2 the rent would be $747.50
Utilities are not included, electric and gas are estimated at $90, and wifi is $30. I’m Annabelle, a 4th year college student here at VCU studying Forensic Science. I love to cook, i keep my space clean, and i like to chill at home just watching tv, studying, or crafting. MUST BE OK WITH A CAT! i also have a little baby, katniss, she’s a very shy and sweet 1 year old tabby.
