Hey everyone! We’re looking for one more student or young professional to fill the last available room in our co-ed, 4-bedroom house in Chino Hills (currently 2 girls, 1 guy) Everyone currently living here is a CPP student, clean and respectful. We also have two friendly ESA dogs in the house. The house is about a 15-minute drive from CPP campus and 20 mins from Mt SAC. Rent is $895/month + utilities. Utilities and shared household expenses are split evenly and usually come out to around $110/month. This includes water, gas, electricity, trash, internet, gardening, and shared supplies like dish soap and trash bags. Room is private with a large closet + shared storage closet, and shared bathroom with only one other person. The house is in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance of The Shoppes. It’s also close to McCoy Loop and Madrugada Trail, and only about a 3-minute drive from Costco. The house has a large dining area, a spacious living room with two hangout spaces, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, shared appliances, and a big backyard. There’s also a garage spot available for an additional $55/month, with driveway space for two more cars. Street parking is easy to find as well. The room is available ASAP.
