FEMALE TENANTS ONLY, NO COUPLES. Available August. My mom and I live in a 5 bed, 4 bath house, and we are renting out 2 rooms (max total of 4 people will be living in the house). One of our tenants is moving out, and we are looking to rent her room. The room is located on the second story, and you will be sharing a bathroom across the hall with our existing tenant. You will have limited storage space in the kitchen, but full access and use of our appliances, and space in our Refrigerator. You are free to use the patio, living room, dining room, and the guest bathroom. Utilities: If you choose to bring your own refrigerator, or a portable a/c pr radiator for your room, you will be charged an additional $50 per month for additional electricity. All other utilities are included. Laundry: You will have free access to our Laundry Room, located in the house on the first floor. Parking: You can park in the driveway- limit: one per room. Free Street parking is always available for guests. Wifi: Included. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, and no overnight guests.
