4 Girls Needed for Monte Apartments (Unit E) Lease Takeover Looking for 4 girls to take over our leases in Unit E, a fully furnished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Monte, one of the newest student housing communities located right next to San Diego State University. Our group had a housing mix-up, so we’re no longer able to live in this unit together. This fully furnished Unit E apartment is located on the 4th floor and includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms, a furnished living room, secure entry, package lockers, and access to Monte’s rooftop amenities. The lease runs from August 17, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and each resident has an individual lease. The available rooms include single bedrooms for approximately $1,500/month and shared bedroom spaces for approximately $900/month per person. One roommate is already living in the apartment. She’s an SDSU student who is very friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. Monte is located right next to SDSU, making it an easy walk to campus and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.
