Looking for a roommate!

Looking for a roommate to share this entire house with me! It’s got a hot tub, fire pit, large yard, laundry, garage with Tesla charger, a gym, pool table/ping pong table and lounge in the basement. You will have your own room with a king size bed and 80” Sony OLED tv. The place comes fully furnished. Price is everything included, electric, heat/ac, internet, streaming services, everything. The place is great I entertain so I’m fine with you having people over but I don’t want it to be a “party house” at the same time. It’s very nice and secluded but also only a 3 minute drive from 295 so it’s quick to get anywhere you need. Asking first month and security to move in. No pets.
