Private Room for Rent – Clean, Friendly Home Hi everyone! I recently bought a house and I’m looking for a roommate to share it with. You’ll have your own private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the house, and you’re welcome to enjoy all of the shared living spaces downstairs—I want this to feel like your home too, not just a place where you rent a room. The house also includes: * In-home laundry room with a washer and dryer upstairs
* Two-car garage with additional storage available if needed
* Fast, reliable Wi-Fi (included—I cover the internet since I’m a big gamer and like having a great connection) A little about me: I’m in the military, and I’m planning on getting a dog toward the end of the year, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog in the future. Both male and female roommates are welcome. The biggest things I’m looking for are someone who is: * Clean and respectful of shared spaces
* Friendly and easy to get along with
* Responsible and able to pay rent on time We’re all sharing the same home, so I’d love to create a relaxed, respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable and can get along.
