The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with convenient access to I-85, shopping, restaurants, and nearby employers. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and pays rent on time. Ideally, I’d like someone who is employed or a student, communicates well, and helps keep the shared spaces tidy.
