Need a Room in San Leandro area

I am a single m1d40's guy. I need a place near where I work at the UPS headquarters near Oakland Airport. I am clean, quiet, and have never done drugs of any kind. I've never smoked cigarettes or marijuana. I am told I have Aspergers which is a mild form of autism. And I am somewhat ADHD. I do realize I talk too fast sometimes, but am working on that. I go to church every week and usually volunteer also on other days of the week to help with ministries or events. I'm not particularly fond of loud noise, and am very quiet myself. I love the Giants! I walk a lot, usually 5 or so miles a day. I am respectful of others and can keep out of your way, or I can chat as you please. Also, I do have 3 very sweet kids in the area, that I do get to see twice a month, and it would be nice if maybe 1 night a month they can bring their sleeping bags and stay with me, but no biggie if not.
