Hi Everyone, I’m currently looking for a clean, friendly, responsible and respectful roommate. I live in a 2B2B apartment in Japantown San Jose. The room available is equipped with a tv and your own unattached restroom. Total rent is about $3,700 so we’d split rent plus bills. I have 2 friendly chihuahuas that love attention and cuddles. Serious inquiries only. Room is available September 1st through end of February 2027. The apartment/complex is equipped with:

*Outside Spa A little about myself: I’m 30 years old freshly out of a 5 year relationship trying to start a new life. I enjoy going on walks, social drinking, 420 friendly, cozy nights in, and traveling. I work in security so I’m not home in the afternoons as I work swing shifts.
