The home is best suited for a responsible working professional or student who values a peaceful, drama free living environment. You'll have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, and guest bathroom.
I have two friendly small dogs, so any pets will be considered on a case by case basis and must be compatible with them.
Rent is $950/month, with a security deposit required. A brief application, references, and an in-person meeting are part of the screening process to make sure it's a great fit for everyone.
