Your room is a large room (12.5' x 11') with south and west facing windows. Washer and dryer located on the property as well as a large backyard and on-street parking. We have a relaxed atmosphere and keep the place very clean. I have a small female chihuahua who is not the norm for her breed as she is very quiet and super sweet and another small breed pup. THIS IS A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE with the option to sign for a longer term.
Ideal roommates have been students and creative type persons. Music lovers are always appreciated.
