-2 Available Rooms, one master with its own Bathroom and patio, and one small with a shared bathroom. Spliting $3,700 Rent for the whole unit, around $1,200 for the small room, and 1,600 for the master. Thinking about splitting the master bedroom between two people as well, each would pay $800. -One garage parking space available, Wifi, Furniture included, Pet-friendly, Kitchen. -Utilities NOT Included!! -Ideally looking for females/students at UCI or other nearby colleges in their 20s, someone clean & responsible. It's a pretty lowkey environment, so someone more chill and quiet is also ideal.
