The rent is $900 per month per person, and we’re willing to pay your first month’s rent to make the transition easier.
The lease runs from August 15, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
The apartment is fully furnished and each person has their own private bedroom and bathroom. Utilities included are WiFi and Monthly installments are due the first of each month and may be paid online by ACH,, or credit through the resident portal or by check or money order at the leasing office and is split between roommates.
Tetro has great amenities like a resort-style pool, gym, study rooms, clubhouse, basketball and volleyball courts, and it’s only a few minutes from the UTSA campus with a shuttle available. We toured it and loved it but for personal reason, we are looking for someone to take over our lease, so the leasing office would handle the lease transfer process.
