Hello me and my roommate are looking for someone to take over rent in the master bedroom of our apartment.
Rent is 620$ a month
Utilities are split evenly between all roomates The room comes with:
-shared bathroom
-closet
The apartment comes with:
-access to community pool
-in unit washer and dryer, and payed on sight washer and dryers
-dish washer
-1 cat & 1 dog (however the dog is being rehomed soon)
-shared kitchen -unassigned parking for all residents
Move in cost will be 720 and room should be free by august 1st,
Preferably someone in their 20s Open to couples
We ask that you be cleanly, njce, and lgbtq+ friendly. No smoking inside the actual apartment.
