Room for rent in Downtown Loveland

Hello! My name is Trevor and I’m looking for a roommate!! This place is super cozy and is in a great spot in downtown Loveland. As posted, the rent would be ~800. you would have the room, and I would also be okay with you taking over the living room as i don’t have furniture to fill the space. we would be sharing a bathroom (i’m about average cleanliness). The neighbors here are oldish so definitely looking for someone more quiet and reserved (I spend a lot of my time reading, playing music and gaming) Small pets are allowed and washer and dryer are shared with the other tenets (in basement, were there is tons of extra storage).
