Room for rent! Looking for roommate

Hi! We’re looking for one more roommate in Delray for a lease! Rent would be for one bedroom in a nice 3br apartment and complex near Atlantic ave and hwy exits and Boca, 10 min to the beach, Fau, Boynton, easy drive to Fort Lauderdale. Lots of 24/7 amenities!! Clubhouse has just about everything, I’ll take you on a tour, there’s a covered/lit at night outdoor kitchen/bar/grill with fireplace, random food trucks, and events with occasional DJs.
You get your own dedicated gigabit internet port with 4
ms latency for competitive gaming included, so just electric is split by 3, shared bathroom with one other person, and living room furnished w sectional and tv/home theater.
The other roommates are 2 guys who keep really busy with work and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. And good with whatever! (Roommates before liked golf, poker, playing guitar/piano) we’re into music (mostly edm/ going to shows or chill backstage some weekends, and if you like hiphop or country all good too!) and also video games, movies, marvel/Star Wars, dbz, game of thrones bunch of other shows, and the gym. Occasional music playing ok, no pets unfortunately, occasional guests ok, but must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans left in the sink for days) Let me know if any questions and also when you’re looking to move!
