I’m looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, who’s willing to do light chores (taking out trash really) and is responsible. We’ll split everything in the apartment 50/50 including cabinet and other storage!! Before we agree to anything I will want to take you on a little cafe date to see if we really connect and vibe well together!! Parking spot (optional) - $75/Month Chores - Taking out garbage, Cleaning your own bathroom.
Lifestyle- I don’t judge! Come home at any hour!! Just please try to be respectful if I am sleeping. Kitchen- We will share a kitchen space to please clean after you’ve used, I will do the same.
Location - Right beside york university, Driftwood area This roommate situation will start end of august for 1 year, However if you are interested in taking over the lease after a year i’ll be completely open to that‼️
