My boyfriend & I are looking for someone to move into our rented downtown Omaha townhouse! My boyfriend's childhood friend lives with us now, but is moving back to their home state at the end of our lease since he only wanted to live in Nebraska short-term. We love the house & area & are hoping to find someone who can help us stay another year! We are offering a finished basement studio with full bathroom OR upstairs bedroom for rent. You can choose to have the private basement suite or upstairs bedroom with walk-in closet, window. Shared upstairs full bathroom with tub. Second full bathroom with shower in the basement. Basement has in-unit washer/dryer. We would have to access basement on occasion to access laundry amenities. Furnished house, unfurnished room/ basement area. Utilities not included in price. My boyfriend & I are clean, quiet, respectful roommates. We're both very responsible & work full time during the day. I am a front desk manager at a gym & he is the head of the personal training department. We have been in Omaha a little over months now, love making new friends & exploring cool spots around the city. We have our little cat Koa, he's very sweet & friendly. He does not do well with other cats, but we are considering applicants with cat-friendly dogs!
