Your bedroom has a Tempurpedic mattress and the other room is furnished as a living area with a microwave, mini fridge and TV. Utilities, washer, dryer, and wifi included! Driveway and street parking is available. The backyard is peaceful and private. It's located in family neighborhood on the edge of Jamestown and High Point, perfect for students of GTCC or HPU. Jamestown is a quiet community that has recently sprouted some unique offerings. Nearby are places of interest such as City Lake Park, The Mendenhall Plantation, Furniture Land South (with a Starbucks inside), The Deck (live music venue), Potent Potables (wine, beer, and acoustic music venue), Southern Roots (low country cuisine), Food Lion, nail salon and more all within 1- 1.5 mile from my home. MONTHLY = $800 and minimum 3 month lease required. Deposit $800 required. I am a mature high school Spanish teacher with an empty nest and have lived in the community for over 20 years. I rarely drink, do not smoke, and live a quiet and peaceful life. Recently, my brother, a long haul truck driver, has moved into one of the four bedrooms to consolidate cost.
