This is an incredible house in an unbeatable location – just a 10-minute walk to Clovelly Beach and 15 minutes to Coogee. We have a lovely garden that’s perfect for relaxing in the sun, enjoying a BBQ, or having a few drinks after work. The house has both air conditioning and heating, so you’re comfortable all year round. We’re also lucky to have fantastic neighbours who are always up for a chat or a drink. Dog lovers are more than welcome – the house is dog-friendly, so if you have a furry friend, even better!
