Cozy upstairs room for rent with a great view. The second story is pretty lightly trafficked offering a more peaceful private setting. Comes with a TV and your own bathroom and shower. It's a clean house and it comes with some additional kitchen storage for tenants. It is in a very nice neighborhood, with a great backyard as well. Unfortunately we are not accepting tenants with dogs or cats. Rental rate is flat, and utilities are covered by us.
We are young professional couple, 23 years old, with two dogs. Looking for either a guy or girl, ages 21-28. Any small pets in terrariums or enclosures are fine.
