Hi! I'm a Black, queer artist who's lived in New Haven for over a decade. I have a BR in my first-floor apartment available on August 31st. One block from Edgewood Park, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near Westville Center. 5 minutes from the bus line, 8 minutes from Yale University, 7 minutes to SCSU. Hardwood floors, front porch & fireplace. Off-street parking. Fully furnished apartment except for the available spare room. Would include shared living space in the LR, DR, bathroom & kitchen. I also have a small, very friendly dog. Preference for a roommate who wants a 6-month to one-year commitment. LGBTQ+ friendly a +. Looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and responsible!
