• Rent: $740/month
• Close to UTSA, The Rim, and La Cantera
• Student-friendly community with amenities
• Lease begins August 2026
• Roommates are already assigned
My plans have changed and I will no longer be living there, so I'm looking for someone to take over the lease. The leasing office will need to approve the transfer. ❗️I’m also willing to pay the lease takeover fee and 1st months rent!! ❗️
