Hi I'm looking for a female roommate starting from Aug 10th to take over the master bedroom and upstairs bathroom. My current apartment is a 2b2b townhouse floor plan, with a big living room and kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It has in-unit laundry. The apartment is very new with a well-established security system and amenities that includes gym, yard, game room, and theater.

The total rent is around 2800, and we can split in 53/47. For all the amenity/parking/trash/internet/utility fees, we will split them in half. I've already bought everything necessary for the living room that you can use.
