Summer sublease/relet

Hey guys, 1 am looking to relet my off-campus apartment at Canvas Townhomes during May 1st - July 31st 2025 for $685 a month. Utilities are a flat-rate of $45. It is a furnished 4-bedroom apartment with 4 bathrooms, full kitchen and living space with multiple closets for storage. There is an in-unit washer and dryer and it is pet friendly!
