I’m looking to find someone to share a lease for my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Norcross. You’d get 1 private room (12 ft x 10 ft) and 1 shared bathroom with me. Here are pictures of the shared living spaces and the room itself. Rent for you would be $635 plus utilities. No pets, no smoking. Washer/dryer in unit. Available now. The complex is called Gwinnett Pointe and I’ve been living here since last year. I love how quiet it is. Biggest thing you wouldn’t have is a walk-in closet, but there is closet/storage space all around the apartment that will be usable for you. I’m a full-time engineering student at GSU with a part time job on weekends. Looking for someone (male preferred) that is clean, responsible, and also either a professional or student like me.
