Roomate wanted! 3bed, 2 bath!

Hey yall!!!
My roommate and I just found a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in the Triangle in North Central Austin, and we're looking for one more girl to join us! Rent is around $800/month per person. Move-in date: July 1st. Great access to UT Austin, ACC Highland Campus, 10 minutes from downtown, close to a ton of amazing cafes & restaurants, parks, and more. The apartment is very spacious! 3 bed, 2 bath, and we're planning to design it beautifully. It's in a great community with 3 pools, a gym, and a nice resident lounge area. We're both super open, fun, and social people, but also organized and clean. We also love coffee dates, Pilates, staying active, going out, and enjoying nights in.
