Hi, my name is David! I am a 27-year old healthcare professional looking for roommates to join my current 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Roxbury starting July 1st. Both of my current roommates will be moving out, and I recently found out I’ll be staying in Boston, so I’m looking for new people to share this space with.
It is a newly constructed bi-level unit that duplexes down, with hardwood floors, a fireplace, an in-unit washer/dryer, central AC, large rooms, and spacious closets. We get one covered garage parking spot that I've been using in an adjacent apartment complex, with additional spots available for rent. There is also street parking nearby, including a street that does not require a resident parking sticker. The apartment is within walking distance of a commuter rail, bus routes, and major highways. You can also walk to the South Bay Center or Chick-fil-A in under 5 minutes.
Residents also have access to amenities in the adjacent complex, including a gym, club room, and roof deck. The property management team has been very responsive and helpful during the year I’ve lived here.
The total rent is $3,450/month plus utilities, which I think is great for a newly built 3-bedroom apartment with these amenities and location. Water and sewer are included in the rent, and I have no pets, but cats are allowed. Upfront costs would only be the first month's rent and the security deposit.
