Looking to fill a room in a beautiful home in SE Portland July 1st! Come live with down to earth, friendly artists in a quiet, whimsical community:) About the space:
Rent is $900 a month, plus a move in fee and final month paid.
Utilities are different throughout the year, but mostly stay under $100 per person besides a quarterly water bill.
4 bedrooms, the one up for grabs is quite large.
2 bathrooms, fully updated and modern.
2 Cats, both total social sweethearts and cuddlebugs
Kitchen also fully updated and modern, with a dishwasher

My favorite part is the beautiful backyard, with a fire pit and permission to plant and garden to our hearts content. About the area:
We are located in Woodstock, a short walk from Trader Joes, New Seasons, Safeway, tons of great food spots including the Heist food truck pod, Woodstock park. The neighborhood is super sweet, with a lot of charm and friendly people. Great dogs in the nearby park, tons of friendly cats wandering the alleys and our backyard, families, chicken coops, a great farmers market, good thrifting. It's not a crazy spot but has everything you could need. About Us! We are 3 queer artist friends, with a connected and cute community here in Portland. We enjoy social company, but mostly keep a quiet and tidy lil house. We love to hang out in the social spaces of the house and chat, but also very much respect the need to hunker down in your room every now and then:) Some of us really like to cook and bake, and sharing the kitchen has never been an issue, we are all very mindful of each other. We maintain peace and structure with regular checkins, with direct and open communication. If any of this sounds up your alley reach out!
