👀 for space to Live/Study/Sleep

Need a room/space for privacy and rest. Kitchen use, as I love/need to cook, laundry/bathroom amenities. I stay busy most of the time, but need peaceful rest/recovery/study space when home. Love animals and outdoor space/access.
