I have two rooms for rent in my condo. It’s a quiet space in a central location. The bigger one(blue-green) is $600 a month half of utilities. Smaller one(gray) $500. If I rent both, utilities would be divided evenly 3 ways. Common spaces would need to be cleaned equally. I have alot of house projects that need to be done so if that’s something you enjoy I’d really appreciate the help, but not required, mostly painting and stuff like that. But Its a pretty relaxing environment. I’m open to being friends or just living in the same place.
