House temperature kept at 65F max/55F minimum year round. Room hovers at 75F max from the sun window if curtains are open. Shared bathroom, must clean bi-weekly trading with other roommate. Keep room cleaned weekly. Can provide access to vac and rug cleaner. No keeping dishes stacked in the room like a hobo. No throwing trash on the floor like a child, Trash must be thrown out every 48 hours max. No guests without prior approval due to prior incidents. No pets, we already have cats. $200 holding/cleaning fee required, room is currently used for storage and will take 7-14 days to be ready AFTER interview and accepting signing a HOLDING notary contract.
