1 room available in a modern apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood right by Liberty State Park in Jersey City! The apartment is located in a well-maintained building with great amenities, including a gym and a barbecue area. The location has various cafes and restaurants and is close to the light rail station. The commute to NYC is easy and takes roughly 25-30 minutes via the light rail and PATH to WTC. The apartment is spacious with a shared kitchen, living room, and dining area. This room features a private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Water, electricity/gas bills will be included in the rent. Option* you can have a parking spot in the garage for an extra $180 per month. This room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, a dresser, a TV, and a nightstand. Also, have a spacious closet I'm a 41-year-old deaf gay guy working as a freelance fashion designer in NYC. I work 5 days a week and am off on weekends. During my time off, I like to go to parks, cinemas, restaurants, and shopping. I’m looking to share the apartment with a roommate who prefers a clean and peaceful home environment where we respect our shared spaces and are friendly towards one another. I've lived in this apartment for 5 years and am looking to re-sign for a 12-month lease that begins on July 1.
