Hello everyone! My roommates and are looking for someone to sublet my bedroom by 07/01. It's on the basement floor in our house on north Portland in the Kenton area. The room is pretty large, carpeted, and includes a nice closet built into the wall with plenty of storage space. I’m currently cleaning the room out and it should be empty by the first. We live in a bedroom home with 3 bathrooms; one on each floor. There’s two living rooms (one main floor and one in the basement); a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard space; washer and dryer, and an open backyard with a fire pit that’s perfect for a cookout! Plenty of parking space in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 cats and potentially would be open to another friendly cat but no dogs unfortunately. We are preferably looking for a single individual to take this room Available July First
Deposit and an admin fee of $100 are required
Utilities $60-90 (lower in the summer and higher in the winter)
Water is due every 3 months and fluctuates between $100-120
We are 4/20 friendly and all very queer friendly
