Hi! I’m a student and I also work part-time as a gelato maker. I occasionally do club promoting and streaming as well. I’m looking for a room or shared apartment in West New York or nearby areas in Hudson County, with a budget of up to $1100/month. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and value a calm and comfortable home. My schedule is pretty busy, so I’m often out during the day. For transparency: my promoting is mostly outside the home, and my streaming is low-noise and respectful of others. I’m open to living with students or working professionals who are responsible and considerate. I’m friendly but also respect personal space. Ideally, the place would have good access to transportation to New York City.
