I have a beautiful 3-bedroom house in the heart of Silicon Valley — just one mile from Santana Row and Valley Fair/Westfield Mall. The location is private and quiet, with a yard and a hot tub.
The Room
Private bedroom available furnished or unfurnished, with your own bathroom shared only with occasional guests. Rent is $1,800/month with a fixed utility cost of $250 (including water, gas, garbage,electric, internet, gardener). Long-term preferred, but shorter stays will be considered.
About the House
The home is fully furnished air conditioned and well-equipped. You'll have access to the yard, hot tub, and all common areas. It's a comfortable, well-maintained space that I take pride in.
Who I'm Looking For
Someone employed outside the home, with good hygiene and cleaning habits. I travel frequently and need a responsible, trustworthy person who will respect the house and property in my absence. Friendly and sociable is a plus — good housemate energy matters. Small dog considered on a case-by-case basis.
