Hi my names Nathan. I currently rent a 3 bed 2 bath duplex and have one bedroom abailable to rent. The bedroom available to rent is currently fully furnished (if you have your own stuff no worries i can store it till it can be sold) The second bedroom I use as an office/bedroom for my cats. Ltgbq+ safe space 🌈🫶 I have high ceilings in the living room and kitchen which makes it feel very spacious. Theres a one car garage and 3 parking spots in front of my house. 3 flower beds and a yard (not fenced in). I have my own washer and dryer with a dedicated laundry room. Just looking to find a roomate that could help make affording rent a little easier on me. I work full time in a pharmacy. an avid video gamer (pc). a bit of an ocd neat freak and like to keep my place damn near spotless most days. Feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have. I will try to get some photos of the place uploaded soon. As far as move in cost i would just ask that you pay first months rent upon moving in. I do not care to bother charging extra bullshit fees, no last months rent, no pet fees, etc.
