Quiet, fun couple seeking place ASA

My fiance Brian and I are in the business of flipping houses and are looking to either get into a fixer upper to renovate what we live there, or a place that's already complete and doesn't need any work we have no kids and because of our line of work we take exceptional care of the places we live. No pets either.
