Lease takeover!

Good Afternoon everyone!
My roommate and I are planning on moving out in July/August timeframe and we are looking for people to take over our lease. We have a 924 sqft two bedroom apartment in a really beautiful part of town. It is a 5 min drive to campus and a pretty 15 min bike ride. The rent+utilities is $1100 a month each and we can leave the kitchen table, sofa, some appliances or kitchenware, and a bed (lmk and we can help with whatever you need). The apartments are called Spring Creek and the amenities are: -in unit washer dryer -swimming pool -dog Park/run -dog washing station -small gym -heater -pet friendly -Bus line that takes you to OSU Please let me know if you have any questions and if you're interested:) thanks!
