Looking for a roommate

I am 25 year old American male studying photography in Montreal. I am quiet, do not smoke, have no animals... I have a great 2 bedroom apartment in Mile End just near St-Viateur. It is in a very well maintained multi-plex just across from Milos Restaurant. I have attached images of the apartment I have listed on kijjiji as well. I am looking for a male roommate as soon as possible. The rent is 875$ per person, Hydro averages 35$ per person per month and the WIFI is about 35$ per month, per person. The living room is empty as my former roommate moved out last month-- we can populate the space together or you can bring your own. I have a desk and small sofa in my room.
