looking for a roommate!

Hi, my name is KC!! I am a 23-year old professional. I am looking for a long term female roommate. move in will be mid july. The apartment is near the Light rail, Super Gmart and the Sugar creek greenway, North of Pineville.
I've lived at this apartment for nearly a year now and my current roommate is moving so i would like to find someone to fill in her place! Move in would be mid-late July, it is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a shared living space and kitchen. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is also a lovely screened in porch and pool at the apartments! Rent is 800, including water and valet trash, Electricity and internet would be split. I am pet free but i have a large collection of plants. the green room is the room for rent, its gonna be repainted white! sorry its messy, my roommate is still living there!
A bit about me: a bit nerdy, i love cartoons and video games. I am an artist, i love to draw and spend time in nature and exploring events around charlotte! i love roller blading and doing yoga! I am pretty friendly and believe in keeping a kind, clean and respectful living environment! would love to have a friendly relationship with my roommate!
