I live in a nice and quiet neighborhood within the Royal Heights area. While currently living in a 2 bed & 1 bath.
I'm needing someone who is reliable and consistent with what they say. I'm not looking for Mr or Mrs perfect. I'm just looking for someone who actually follows through on what they say. Rent will be about $500 a month, I would prefer the split the Rent & Utilities right down the middle.
I'll be waving the security deposit because I'm needing a roommate as soon as possible. I have two adult cats and one kitten My cats are very friendly and they can be shy around people until they warm up to you. As long as your cat friendly I see no reason on why you can't be here.
