I have a bedroom with a private bathroom available at The Marke in South Coast Metro for move in now. The lease has been renewed as of 5/31/26 and it would just be us two living in the apartment. The apartment has shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and balcony. It also includes an in-unit washer/dryer and your own parking space in an enclosed parking structure. The community has a rooftop gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, gardens, and other amenities. Your rent portion would be $1,625/month, which includes internet and cable. With shared utilities included — apartment utilities, electricity, and gas — the estimated monthly total is usually around $1,730–$1,740, depending on usage.
I am flexible with the $300 deposit. It can be paid in installments.
