Hi! My name is Victoria, and I’m a CUNY professor heading out of town this summer for research. I’m looking for someone to sublet my space from approximately May 28 through the end of August.

• Duplex-style setup — my space is the entire downstairs floor
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room upstairs
• You’ll be living with one roommate and her small, friendly poodle
• Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere

• Backyard access from both upstairs and directly outside my room
• Air conditioner in the downstairs space

I’ll clear out some of my belongings to make closet and storage space available for you. My roommate is easygoing, respectful, and mostly keeps to herself.
